Image is not precut, fit's most 20oz skinny straight tumblers.
Your Sublimation Transfer Image will be shipped in a Flat mailer, Sublimation Transfer will also be in a poly bag with card board to help protect your image from any damage.
Please note:
Sublimation transfers require a HEAT PRESS OR A SUBLIMATION CONVENTIONAL OVEN (not one you use to cook your food in) to be applied.

Transfer must be used on a tumbler that is sold specifically for dye sublimation
The printer does not print white; any white shown in the design will be the color of your tumbler.

By purchasing our transfers, you agree that the process for application of our transfers is your responsibility and we will not refund due to user error. There is a learning curve to this but once you figure out the time, temp, etc. it will be a breeze.
